How do you allow a person to post on this site as TECHZEE ???   They need to be arrested

Curious if anyone has been dealing with Dell customer service, which is in a different country, when the phone calls started?

Did you have recent contact with Dell customer services, which is in a different country, before the phone calls started? That is the only connection that explains as to why I am getting these calls.

I have received calls from this number twice a day for the last two weeks.  When I answer the phone, there is no one there.
When this number calls when no one is at our house, they do not leave a message.  I only know they have called because of the Caller ID record.  Today I called the number back, right after they had called me.  A man answered.  When I told him I had just received a call from his number, he said nothing.  I finally hung up.

Keep getting calls from same people...   Say they are techzee and want to verify some info.  Can barely understand a thing they say.  They were also very rude.   Sure its a scam.   Have never dealt with or talked to Dell.

I do computer repair for the elderly and this person called an elderly neighbor (she just turned 78) every day 2-4 times a day for the past week. He (says his name is Brent) told her that her computer was infected from her downloading and he wanted her to go to her computer and he would show her how to find the infections and that because he was calling from Microsoft that for a fee he could talk her thru downloading the program to clean and speed up her computer. She told him not to call back and hung up on him. I was here the last time he called and I spoke with him to tell him not to call back! He has been told not to call back at least 10 times. He just kept talking over me every time I said anything - kept saying "ma'am you remember me calling before" - He was trying to bully and scare my elderly neighbor into buying his product! He is a POS.    

Thats not the only thing they do, they can download key loggers, steal all the information from the computer and also turn it into a spam bot.  Your folks should all be made aware of the scam and that their best bet is to buy a call blocking device and phone. Most of these calls are coming from India on spoofed numbers. Consider maybe getting a call blocking device or phone.. You can google them and many are around $60.00 or so.

Receiving calls from this number MULTIPLE times. Have told them to stop calling.

I keep getting these calls and these are so annoying .. the man is so rude ..demands that I listen to him and when I tell him to leave alone he keeps calling over and over

He has called me over 10 times today alone about some crapola about windows... I call the number back and it is not a working number for return calls.  And all he does now is burp in my ear.

He keeps calling and harassing me.  Over 10 times today alone and when I answer he just burps.  He is wasting all my minutes on my phone
