Capital One Auto Finance - called after being 3 days past due date, not even over 30 days and has not stopped

Same here, Capital One phone-bot keeps calling

Don't bother answering. They try to get u to pay over the phone and add add'l fees. Pay online its free

I am not a Capital One customer and get a dozen calls a day.  I spoke to a woman in service who said she deleted my number from their system but continue to recieve calls.  

I emailed their Senior VP, General Counsel & Corporate Secretary john.finneran@capitalone.com and within hours recieved a vmail from Erica "executive assistant" 804-968-3371 - unfortunately I was in a meeting so this is still not resolved.

I suggest everyone email and call the heck out of these two the way their company phonebots call us and see how they like it.  

I for one will never use Capital One.

Holy Land Foundation  HLF, Calls and asks me for a donation of $5 to $100.00.  The person is male with a strong Arabic accent.  Please stop calling.  Helen D.

Person states he is from the IRS.  Uses vulgar langange when I answer the phone.
