how do we put a stop to these idiotic calls!!!!!!

Got a call and no one left a message.  Alrighty then ...

Just called and left no message....

I got a call from this person this afternoon. Later my sister called them from her phone and some lady from State Farm answered. I have no idea how they got my number.

I receive a call on my cell at least once a week.  I only have so many minutes on my cell.   I should not have to put up with uinwanted calls and scams as such.  How are they getting our numbers.  Who can we call to stop these calls?
Can someone help.

got a couple calls showing 832-529-4184. they didn't leave a message. They've called many times now. Don't solicit me!

just ignore the phone calls and they will eventually think the number has been canceled. Might take a month or more.

2 days in a row I get this crap call. States to hit #3 to be removed and when you do it just hangs up

I've read several times on here that you shouldn't press any buttons, because when you do so it shows the phone number is active. Stop answering, don't press 3 or anything else, and see if that helps.

I was reading through these and saw an old post from me. Now that I realize they've called me before, I'm starting to get really p***ed-off.
This number called me today around two o'clock. I didn't answer, and they left no message. F***tards better not call again.

SOLUTION:  Added caller to Reject List on android.
Device: Samsung Galaxy SII
Process:  Open devices Call Log.  Locate 8325294184, hold the number, a screen pops up and on the bottom of the screen is an option to add the number to the Reject List.  Select that option, and now you won't get calls from that number.
I do this with every spam call.

This number just called me too

Insurance sales call.I texted the number and asked to be removed. I also called the number and pressed "1" and was connected to Mary, whom I asked to please remove me from her call list. She said "ok, sorry about that," but when I asked for confirmation of what number to remove, she disconnected the call.

Also got this message at 6 pm tonight, left no message.  Thanks to those above for checking on it.
