I am an emergency dispatcher for a police,fire and ems. These jerks called on our emergency line ( which is always recorded ), asked for someone that works here, and when I told them that person wasn't there they got a big attitude with me. I told them this was an emergency line, but I guess they don't care. Big dummies called and hung up 3 more times. Every call in or out, is recorded and kept on file.

Caller ID said Central Billing with this number. Never answer these types.

From information gathered through the web, it is only illegal for them to continue to call if you follow up within 30 days with a certified return-receipt letter asking them to not call your place of business or telephone numbers; home or cellular.

some guy called from this number about an OLD debt from a prev business I was involved in but I didn't personally guarantee.. claimed he was an attorney.

I have received several calls from this #.  I have 7 missed calls from them on my cell phone.  They have called my home phone 5 times in 3 hours today.  Also, left 3 voice mails, leaving this name and number (Mr. Bellamy at 800-997-1060 urgent you call me back).  He threatened me with an affidavit if I do not pay in full today.  He did this last Friday afternoon as well.  I have asked him to stop calling me and send me proof I owe this.  He tells me the only thing I will get from them is an affidavit.  Very rude.  Very unprofessional.

I received a call a month or so about a bill for Dell Computer, that was legitimate, but never received.  I called Dell--they sent the bill to my former address (even though they had my shipping address correct,) then turned it in for collection. I paid the bill after reaching a settlement price to Pentagroup Financial.  For the past two days I've received calls, like everyone else--no information--just call this #716-809-8016.  They wanted the balance of the money.  I explained that we agreed to a settlement price and it was paid.  She said it was not in the report--and that she would have to submit the information for my credit report. I explained that after talking with Dell I called back and the girl I talked to said it was in the report where an offer had been made.  THIS girl told me the other girl was LYING!!! and that they would turn it in and hung up on me.  I called back, a man answered and said it was all a computer error.  Now I looked up the phone # and it's in New York, unlisted.  I'm filing a complaint with the state about them, and letting Dell know that with all their computer savy you would think someone could verify an address before taking the step they did.

have been getting 2-5 calls aday from penta group . I will pick up and not say anything then a recording comes on stating that If you are john d green press 1 . this is a not a solisitation call. Then they hang up. ussually i screen them out but I am at my breaking point since the fill up my caller ID .
One day I will get a live person and I will chew these [***] CLOWNS [***]
and give them a burst of my AIR Horn. There was a John Green who lived here several years ago  before I bought the house .Anty way you cant reason with an [***] Clown. I may tell them that John Green works for AIG and will pay them with bailout money..
