A lady called me from this number. I said hello. she said she had the wrong number and hung up.

I received a few phone calls from this #, asking to pay over a phone  $200 for for a doctor I haven't seen in 4 years, in another call she asked me to give her my insurance  details and than to pay (not existing )outstanding bills for my children. None of them made sence , all calls was made after 5:30 pm by the same person.Very strange , someone should investigate .

As soon as I answered he asked for the number who he just dialed to.  I had no idea what the hell this guys talking about.  The guy who called had a horrible accent as I could not understand him very well, if not at all.  Even having him spell the name I couldn't figure out what letter he was trying to say.  I told him I was going to put him on hold for a few seconds but as soon as I put him on hold, he hung up.  Might be a scam to get people's information.

I got a call from this number today, around 3 PM.  Of course, I saw it on my voicemail because I had missed the call that was calling my cell phone.  On the voicemail, it was like I was on hold, with some God aweful elevator music and then a guy picks up and says:  Hello.  Not from the USA with an accent like that one.  I called it back, and sure enough, it was to Texas Children's hospital.  Funny thing though, I don't have an appointment with them.

This number just called and left a message. Its from the Texas Children's Pediatrics saying about making an appointment for a flu vaccine.

I answered it after googling the number since my daughter was at TC this moring for a doctor visit.   It was a auto reminder that she is due for her 6 month immunizations next month.  

Actually it IS Texas Childrens. I work for the hospital and when I dial from my extension the gener # comes up.

Got a call from this number at 11:38PM asking if I wanted to take a survey for Ambercomby and Fitch. I asked to speak to manager and was hung up on. When I called back it was Texas Children's Hospital..... Weird....!

Hello, Texas children's medical clinic keeps calling my number. Telling me my child had a birthday and it's time for their checkup. I don't not have any children.

received call. They hung up on voice mail.

This is in fact Texas Children's.  I've used them for 13 years now and all reminders come from this number.
This time it was a flu vaccine reminder.

Got a call from this number today. The man asked for me specifically and said he wanted to talk with me about my daughters medicaid. I lost signal, so I called the hospital. Nobody could help me, so I called Texas children's health plan, which is my daughters star plus program, and they had no idea. My daughter has never been to Texas children's.

They called me 5 times today and I keep on telling them wrong number. Yeah its weird

Today I received two calls (5:30 pm & 6:40 pm). I was on another call and didn't recognize the number. The first call had a recorded message from Texas Children's Hospital saying they would call me back later. The next call voicemail said it was my child's 4th birthday appointment and we need to schedule an immunization appointment Very odd. My children haven't been seen by this practice is 3 years.

It's just an automated reminder service that is not person-specific--like a mass mailing.  I got one the other day to remind me to take my child in for a flu vaccination.

I wonder why they would call me twice this morning (I didn't answer either time).  I'm 52, have never been married and have no children. =)

Betty, why are they calling me?  I have no children (and never have had any).  It stinks more of a potential scam in my case.

It's Texas Children's Pediatrics. If you child or someone you know is a patient there, i'd answer or call back. If not I suppose ignore if you want but that's who it was for me.

It was a Texas Children's Pediatrics Associates automated line with a message. This one is about flu vaccines, we have regular insurance so this wasn't about anything about Chips program however i'm sure they use this number for a vast amount of various messages. If you have child as a patient, then that's most likely what it was for. If not, might be an error in the number listed.
