Partial message:  "To cancel $299 subscription and claim refund," call this number.   Have no clue what this is about.  Scammers?  Had 2 messages. Same message, different call back #'s.  833-228-1816 and 833-228-1850.

Calls all the time. I do not answer numbers I don't recognize.  This always says "invalid number".  That is pretty much a clue that it is a scam.  My answering machine comes on, robo message talks over it and so only get a partial message about some refund. Unfortunately I can't block calls on my land line. Just let them go to answering..  So sick and tired of these calls.  Get a multitude of them on my cell phone also. Why can't these scum bags put their energies to some positive activities that help the world instead of being criminals and driving us all crazy!?

833-228-1850. DO NOT ANSWER WHEN THIS NUMBER CALLS. These scammers claim if you call them you will receive a refund. East Indian scammers!! What a waste. I block all these scammers. Don’t give them the time of day!!!!

Caller ID says "invalid number".  Message was about getting a refund for a subscription I know nothing about.

Scam artist took advantage of my 85 year old Mother.  I called them and got  a bogus name and address. I will be reporting them to the attorney general, and so should everyone else.  Already put a fraudulent charge on her credit card.

Past few days calls including several messages recorded  at first it was a refund today now their scam is they are going to bill our debt card.  Our law office has our own tech guys and a debt card is never used.  The caller ID is always anonymous and they never state the company except as tech support they hang up when I identify our law office they hang up when I ask for their supervisor they refuse and only identifies themselves as tech support. Never stop

Kept calling 5 +times a day. Saying a charge to my credit card of $299.00 unless I call them

Keep getting messages about computer service refund. Wants call to be returned.

Got 2 calls and not sure if it was from this number  saying my computer warranty is up and if I don’t call 833-228-1850 my credit card will be charged $299

Old, old scam. Don't even bother to pick up!

Obvious scam call. Recently updated my phone to one that screens calls.  So far no unwanted calls are even getting to my answering machine. Highly recommend  looking into similar phone or call blocker

Claimed that I was going to be auto-billed $300 for an unmentioned subscription unless I called back.

So I did, out of curiosity. Surprise, surprise, it's a scam operation out of India. Guy on the other end claimed the subscription was for the Windows OS itself. Clear and obvious lie. The cost of the operating system is one-off and not a recurring monthly charge (would you want to pay $300 a month for an OS on a SINGLE computer?). Then he tried to get me to connect via TeamViewer. At this point I just called the loser out on his scam and hung up.

Just putting this out there so you guys don't have to waste your time calling back if they call you.

Keep getting calls from this number. Sometimes they say I need to call back to get a refund on some kind of protection plan. Today they called to say I would be debited fo something or other.

Got a message on my voice mail that $299.00 was going to be debited from my account for my subscription. Must call 833-228-1850 to cancel.  SCAM of course.  Can't block this phone number since these people are getting smarter.  All day long I get calls & my caller id shows "Incoming call"  only.  Not sure if this is a problem with my carrier because some of my family members show up this way as well.

An INVALID NUMBER (according to my Caller ID) left a message (2/8/19) on my LAND LINE.  The message said if we wish to unsubscribe - to please call them back @ 833-228-1850.  Believe this to be a SCAM PHONE CALL.

Same thing today.  Our “800 service” will be renewed and charged $299.  Nope!!

Robotic call about refund

Caller ID: INVALID NUMBER.

This number called the office the other day right before I left for the day. The caller had the same caller name and message about an alleged auto-renewal that we previously received from 833-228-1816. It looks like they're using (possibly unassigned) numbers in the 833-228-18## block to place these calls.

How can you get a refund if you did not buy anything?   Call came in as invalid number.....is their such a thing as telephone rage?
