I didn't recognize number so I let it go to voicemail to leave a message. It was a recording supposedly from Caresource wanting to update my coverage. Huh? It said to call back. Hmm? I have Caresource but have never got a call like this in the past. Can't find anything online about this number.

Got this - message cue was full so no message listed call on Caller ID as Toll Free Call.  If itis from CareSource - the insurance has called me before about a plan they have.  Not interested and still have not received anything about it in the mail.

Got this voicemail from this number but it was automated and so the first part must have been while the greeting was playing as its cut off:  “ “Place based on COVID-19 please be sure to follow the CDC's COVID-19 guidelines also your doctor will give you instructions to follow during your visit thank you for your time goodbye…”

Have you called them back or answered their call since? I just missed a call from this same number and I too have caresouce. Which leaves me curious as to what they want.   - I dnt answer numbers I don't know. I look them up instead in hopes that it will supply some info but most of the time it does not so I just take it as a spam call and leave it at that.

I just got a call from this number and I didn’t answer because I get a lot of scam calls. They left a voicemail saying “Hello this is your health plan CareSource. We are calling regarding your account. Please call us back at 1-833-2008 when you have the opportunity. Thank you.” I do have CareSource insurance. Not sure if this is a scam or not so I plan to call CareSource on their normal phone number.

I just called CareSource at 1-844-607-2829  . The lady searched through my account and didn’t see any information about CareSource trying to contact me, but asked to verify some information. Once she verified my phone number she said the call was a text ad campaign (?) for COVID-19. So I don’t believe it is a scam, but also isn’t pertinent for your insurance coverage.

A man left a voicemail saying he needed to speak with my son. Found it strange since I am the main person on the health insurance and he is my dependent.

They told me it was "community medical group" and it was labeled Potential Spam.  Yeah, no, we won't be returning the call.

didn't answer, vm says this is a callnfrom caresource please call us back at this number about your account.    my daughter does have caresource, but they usually don't make phone calls, or if they do its a live person who leaves details as to why they are calling specifically calling our my daughter and my name.   won't be calling back.

Same here. I did not answer. VM said that they wanted to speak with me about my health plan with caresource. I have never gotten calls like this in the past and they are calling me everyday. I have not received anything in the mail. I'm about to block them and keep it moving.

The number just called me and sounded automated but it was a real person talking.. said he was from Caressource and asked if I had a moment to talk.. Then proceeded to tell me we were on a recorded line and asked me to verify my mailing address that Caresource had on file .. It seemed suspicious to me so I politely told him that I wasn’t comfortable giving any of my information over the phone and he very quickly said “alright, call us back when you have time, we’ll be here until 7pm” and hung up on me… SCAMMER for sure.
