Yes this number calls me and my whole family telling them they are going to sue me if I do t contact them by 10:09 AM. My ex husband , son and his wife even!

Just called trying to terrorize me and my family about lawsuits blah blah blah

Looking for my MIL....said they have some very important documents

They called looking for a family member and said it was some important documents that were sitting in the court clerk's office ready to be served but needed an employer and a working good number to reach. Told them that I was a Paralegal and that my family member was dead. Well, why did you say you were who we are looking for. Because you contacted me without my permission and I have every right to contact you and bother you now.

That is EXACTLY what they told me, but come to find out, they were asking too many questions. If they had my info, WHY ASK what it is?! Scammers!

These people keep calling all my family and some of my friends to get a hold of me. They never try to call me only family and friends.

Received a phone call, at my Federal agency workplace, from this number.  Caller stated they've been trying to deliver documents to my son and have not been able to so they were reaching out to me and that my son had given them my number to do so.  None of this is true, they're lying.

My mother received a call from 833-246-2763, stating a name of Martinez, looking for my husband and that they have documents issued from the clerk's office.  He also provided a file no.  He had our home address add my husband's full name.  I knew it was a scam when my mother told me about it.  If you have my address why not send a certified letter?  Why try to scare my mom.  Such losers and very insensitive.

It’s one of those old court summons scam calls. It’s a very old scam. They buy your personal info from advertisers make up fake debt and start calling you. My advice to people don’t call any number that they give you. Delete the messages. Very old scam
