- BLReceived a voicemail from 833-246-3379 claiming that they are going to serve me with court papers unless I call them back to pay an outstanding debt. They even called my parents who live at an address I have not lived at for years, and said they would be serving the papers there tomorrow. I have a small outstanding debt but have been in contact with the original company who is still offering me a settlement, and they have not said anything about it being sold off or filing a lawsuit. Google-searched the number and didn't find much, but this page came up. Sounds like a scam—will not be calling them back.

- ErinI tried to ask what exactly what it was over and they just told me " I'm just the courier if you have any questions you have to call them" which is [***]. Most civil suits unless hired directly by a personal lawyer in the state of Texas at least have to be served by the sheriffs department going through the state. Plus, they ain't gonna give you a chance to avoid them and if they miss you.
Also, they called me a second time trying to ask for a different person, meaning they're going down whatever list of names they've illegally obtained and got my number mixed up with someone else's.- Caller: Premier courier

- DSI just rec'd a vm from John, as did my sister-in-law. I called back out of curiosity. The guy who answered the phone was the same guy who left the vm. Told me it was a civil matter, nothing criminal and the guy who called me works for them. Said I will be receiving paperwork in the mail to appear in court related to a Visa card from Mid-America Bank and Trust. Never heard of them and never had a Visa card through them. I told him I look forward to receiving the paperwork and passing on to my lawyer. He hung up.
