i received a phone call telling me my account was going to escalated if I did not pay it today

gave phoney card number - says I owe $250 for gummies. never ordered.

charging $1000 for items not received. Threatening to escalate

Received a call from NUTRA  said I never paid for gummies they shipped to me they gave a phony card number the person I spoke with was supposedly named JAILAI .

Sam with Nutra Keto stating my [old] card was charged $29.90 for something I never ordered. She wanted updated card info because I supposedly owe for additional product. When asked what address they have on file all was correct,  except the city. Pretty sure I know my address...nice try. Nope! SCAM!!!

Said I owed for CBD gummies. I've NEVER ordered these. Nor do I have any e-mail from this 'compny'. They said if I don't pay, cost will escalate.

I got the same call from a collector for keto saying that I ordered gummies, they first charged me $40 for shipping and then they tried to get $785 for an account but I never had never received anything from them and they wouldn't send me anything in the mail showing what I ordered or what was shipped it was a total scam.

I never had an account with them but yet they tried to charge me $40 for shipping and $785 for my account, there is no account, I never signed up for it and nothing was ever received

I received the same phone call as above claiming to be billing department from Nutra CBD.  She attempted to intimidate me about a past-due order.  She gave me toll-free number to call TODAY or I my account would be escalated.  Number is 1-833-364-3329.  Be careful

I have received two calls claiming I owe money for a CBD supplement delivered in July and that I need to pay $149 to “close out my account”.  I asked for a confirmation email and they gave me an expired number.  They refuse to send me a confirmation email.  Definitely watch out.  It’s clearly a scam but better than most.

I received a call saying I owed $200 for a shipment sent in December 2023. I had not received any contact, via phone or email during that entire 9 months. She insisted that she had called numerous time and sent countless emails, none of which I have yet to receive including the one she said she just sent.  Now she wanted my current card number to process the order. I was told that my "account" was on auto-ship and I would be receiving my next package next week. I tried to cancel the order but she said I cannot unless I pay the past due first. I told her I would not accept delivery and she said that I would be charged anyway. Are they still contacting any of you? Have they tried using any legal action against anyone?
