Same message as above. Looked up this number and found many scam reports. It does sound legit. Also looked at PCH website to see how they would really notify someone. This isn't it. I did not call the number back.

"Relations. Congratulations, you're the second place winner in the Publishers Clearing House. Please feel free to call Dave Sayers the prize Patrol manager at 833-379-2308. I repeat 833-679-2308. This is a legitimate call notifying you that you have one, please press one to speak to your agent now wage is one have a marvelous day."

It's hilarious that the scammers think saying "This is a legitimate call" would make people fall for their scam.
PCH doesn't call, they simply show up on your doorstep.
