Calls at least once a day, it rings once even though the number is blocked. They can't leave messages because voicemail is not set up (on purpose!).

Called twice in a row, message left the second time telling me my Direct TV account (which I don't have) is eligible for a discount.

Getting calls from this number 8-10 times a week. Claims they are debt collectors for AT&T. They have a thick Indian accent & keep asking me to verify personal information. Never been a customer of AT&T.

"these people must be stopped"  Happily, there is information on page 1 of this very thread that tells you just how to do that.

We have also been billed by AT&T Direct TV for the amount they OWE us as a refund.  We have sent 3 dispute letters with proof documents, with no resolution or written response.  I thinknutbisvtime for a vlass-action suit against fraudulent charges

    Thumbs up Lexi!

They called today, Tuesday, September 20th, 2022 at 3:52 p.m. I don't know the number and I never answer numbers I don't know. Often I have my phone blocked to all calls. Obviously spam! They can stick it!!

Thumbs up JZ! I love i, keep their line busy! They force us to do the same and it kills your voicemail minutes and your phone battery.

To JZ and all the posters, I just looked up "MRS BPO and Associates". It doesn't come up at all in América. It comes up BPO Associates in London, England of all places. Now that we're thinking about the Queen's passing. It's obviously bogus.

I have a question for the group. Does anyone ever notice that you can go days/ weeks without any calls and then you'll get 7 or 12 in one day or three one day and four the next?! That makes me think it's the same company targeting you.

They just change their phone number hoping that one of them will catch your eye to answer! I hate! that I get a run on these calls. Because it just ties up my phone and my battery! Call block on all calls is fine, you don't see it in your phone log. But they still can get into the voicemail. But by the same token, perhaps you're expecting a phone call from someone and so you need to answer it!

I guess just continuing not to answer or be silent and tie up their line! Good luck everybody.
