This was a "questions or contact" number given by an alleged "courier" who had documents I "must sign for" to be delivered.  It is part of a scam or zombie debt collection ploy.  The number shown or spoofed was NOT anyplace CLOSE to my real area, but he did throw in the correct county to seem convincing.  People have been serving me the same paper for 10 years now.  I have yet to actually see ONE!

I got the same call on Aug 27th. Stated he was arriving at my house between 11:00 and 3:00. I’ll be waiting, armed as usual

I received the same call twice that he would be arriving at my home and would need ID between 11-3 today . Everything I’ve looked up says it’s a scam. Guess we will see.

Yes, same here.  He gave his name as Steven Moore and said he was from ICF and would be delivering documents to me on 11/10 from 11-3. Scam?  Where to report?

Well he is at it again, got a call from 559-549-9298 a David Moore and he said he was from ICF Courier and would be delivering documents to me on 11/10/20 between 11-3pm either at my place of employment or home and I would be the only one who can sign for them and I would need to show my ID as well.  Said I needed to call back 833-437-0475 to verify what I would need to provide to sign for the documents.   What a scam!
