My parents that live in a different city received a call from them on their cell phone (concerning) asking about me and stated the address they had on file (haven't lived there nor have my parents) in over 20 years. I called back and they stated they were a litigation attorney and needed all of my personal info but refused to give me info on the issue at hand. TOTAL SCAM! [***] THEM!

Called myself, my husband and my sister all saying "signature required documentation issued in my name."   "Will deem the address valid incorrect and forms will be processed with or without your consent if no return call."  Did not call back, as it is BS!! Total TRASH!!!  They call from a no caller ID number and leave a return number.  Leave no business info in VM.

Received a call from Jose stating he was calling about a legal matter on a person I knew years ago on my phone. Also stated that if you don't call back it would be considered verified and court case issued.  This is a scam  Cannot issue a court case on you when it is in regards to someone else...  Heavy accent but sounded like he said, Aloria was the company.  Tried to sound official.

A blocked number Called my work today 1/29/2020 at 12:30 saying someone was about to show up at my work and give me papers to sign. She told the receptionist not to sign anything and call her back ASAP. i looked up the phone number and just saw its a scam!!! She told me to call her 833-470-0478

same thing describe above just happen to me call my family leaving message about documents need signature but number restricted, called back they keep transferring me.

I just got a calld from this number but they had all my info even my ss# they sound legit she told me a had a court date on a bank of America credit card they said i took and never paid thats a lie i never had Bank of America credit card but am mad at the fact they had all my personal info with out me telling them but now i no is a scammmm dont even called them back.

yep said I had a citibank card which I never did and they going to put a judgement on my credit file. I didn't confirm my info but they had my ssn# and all. Im about to put freeze on my credit report and cards.

Received a message today for my daughter and I let it go to voice mail since it was an unknown number.

“Yeah this message is intended solely for Miss XXXXXXX. Miss XXXX my name is Stephen Alldredge legal documentation scheduled for delivery to your residence or your place of employment you need to be available later today or Monday with a valid ID to sign off on the paperwork.  If I cannot reach you or for any reason that we miss you, we can/will [***] a fee And will mark you as a missed appointment and your direct refusal to comply and your behalf.  Please contact the claimants office at 833-470-0485 _⁠_⁠_⁠_ be available I'll see you soon…”

They call me from a blocked number and left a voicemail stating my full name, address, place of employment and last four of SS# and said I need to call them back today or they will proceed with or without my consent.  About fifteen minutes later they called my work stating they were going to show up the next day with paperwork.  They gave our receptionist the name of Brook Davis and said she was with our county's process serving department.  I called the county sheriff and there was no one there by that name.  I have no collections against me on my credit report and my score is on the 700's.  How embarrassing they called my work!  These jerks need to be stopped.

This is rediculous!!! So sick of getting these damn calls. Same thing happened to me. There should be some way of catching and prosecuting these frauds!!!!

Call over and over again, won't give company details. I blocked the number and they somehow tracked down my step son 3 states away and asked how to find me. The call back number is 833-470-0479. The message is always the same but they call from cell phones.

so I got this call today and I posted the transcript on the bottom of course I removed the names and didn’t know it was a scam I called them back and tell them about my ex thank God I didn’t give them addresses thank God I don’t know where he lives and all the stuff but it sounded so legit and so I Google search this phone number and get this page but again here’s a copy of the transcript on the bottom of the call minus the names

“Hello this message is intended for this is Audrey Williams compliance officer I'm contacting you today in reference to a pending claim being filed for I need to make you aware once file TX 40524 _⁠_⁠_⁠_⁠_ completed it becomes a matter of public record there will be an order of location issued out for requiring a signature so if you can let them know since I was unable to reach him by phone I was instructed to contact his employer because it looks like this could be a possible place of location due to the negligence on his end regarding the claim however he does have the legal right to contact the office responsible for handling the claim once it's been officially filed _⁠_⁠_ all of their options are to before set up so the phone number that's been provided on the paperwork for him to contact us at 833-470-0479 I'm notifying you by phone today just as a last resort and an attempt to make contact with he will be located unless I'm told otherwise…”

Text claiming to be UPS with a link to click claiming to be tracking information.  FAKE! Scam, and link to get personal information.
