    guys im sure they are a scammers i got their IP address .. by the way the number are fake .. because i searched for it .. it doesn't belong to paypal company i can assure you guys .. im gonna do my best to get back your money if anyone got scammed these people has no mercy ... also in September 12, 2023 i got the same message from other fake organizations and i discovered that the number is not the same.. so don't worry it's 100% fake... 2023 message:
