I just got a call from this number left it go to voice mail they left a message that gave me a case number and would serve me. And it was the same number you posted. Freaked me out.

They did this to me. Lol did they ever come out and serve you?? I never seen them before.

Tried to call me again today. They are even using an old last name. 12/26. They left another message, and never showed up. But has my mom so upset. And scared. she is 70. This is horrible. And it was the day before and day after Christmas. Now I gotta worry about my mom, and make sure she don’t end up in the hospital, cause of this. People her age don’t understand. You would think, but a lot don’t.

I too, have received these "fake process server" calls.  Generally speaking, real process servers don't call you.  The BBB has an informative page on the fake process server scam.  You can read it here:

Whatever you do, don't give them any information even if they seem to have some personal information already.  Please take a minute to read the page.  It will help put your Mom at ease.

I got the call from the same place giving me a case number and saying there's a civil complaint and they would serve me but only gave me a number if I needed to reach them which I didn't. The first message said they would serve me the next day between 3:00 and 5:00. I thought it was suspicious but I stayed home nothing happened then I got to call saying they're going to serve me between another time. Then many days later got another call from a different number with a different person's name saying they're the case agent saying it was a second attempt to reach me even though I was home. Now instead of saying they're going to serve me they want me to call them back. I called them back to get the info and they said it was about a payday loan which I have gotten a few in the past. They're saying that I never paid it and then I had approved that I paid it. I told them that I had all my papers from all my past loans and they said I could just send it to them and it would be fine. I told him I was disabled and because this was probably 8 years old I'd have to climb up into the attic somehow and looked at my papers as I use a walker. I said I would need time for this. They told me it was through a certain company and then I could call them and get info. I've been calling this company and of course I'm on hold for 20 minutes 5 days in a row so that's a bust. They called me again saying that I was supposed to contact them on Friday so what's going on and I left him a message and said I had surgery on Friday and I never said I would call him back I told him I need time to find all the papers. So I found some old papers & notes exactly one year ago I got the same kind of call saying I owed a different company and guess what the case number is the exact same!  but apparently it's a different company. I knew all along this was fake because last year I did research on all my former loans and they were paid and I had proof and I did research and figured it was a scam so I ignored it and I never heard from them again. So obviously this is 100% a scam they're trying to see if people will bite. So just because I have absolutely nothing better to do I'm going to string them along for as long as I can and at least make them earn their fraud pay. I'm going to make them call me every single day and tell him that I sent him an email why didn't they get it blah blah blah blah. Then I will just ignore them. By the way I'm going to put this under another number that they called from aside from the one posted above it is 888-485-9312. Basically I'm sure they get your number from somewhere or anywhere on the internet even if you didn't have a loan because they'll tell you that they don't have to prove that you had a loan and that you paid it you have to prove it. The one from last year told me that I could pay money to settle but this year they didn't say that they just said that if they take me to court I would have to pay court costs which if this were real wouldn't be true if I would approve that I was right then they would have to pay the court cost. That is basic knowledge.To me that means that they can send a notice to every single citizen in the whole United States and force them to prove that they paid. Well good thing I saved all my bank statements that would show that I never got any money from anybody and the money that I did get from some companies I paid back. So the best thing to do is to just block their number and you may or may not ever hear from them again. And tell everybody that they don't owe anything. Finally I wanted to add that they'll call and say they're from the legal department but they don't say the company name,  duh
