- Shane| 2 repliesCallback number as of 12/1/2025 for a very persistent automated loan scam system that calls almost every day outside of Sundays & certain holidays (leaving a voicemail if you miss or reject the call), always from a different spoofed number, so blocking calls & reporting them to legal authorities does no good… As of 12/1/2025 (receiving the callback number in a voicemail from 645-209-8495, likely another spoofed number), this is the 57th call I’ve received from this particular system since August 18th & the 67th loan scam call since May 7th of this year.
I will point out that I did get about a 2-week break from this between November 15th to the 30th, however it appears they are back at it again & have changed their prompts for what button you are supposed to press to “progress” (using that term loosely) their automated system.- Call type: Scam suspicion

"Hi, this is Anthony Parker calling from loan underwriting so I wanted to connect. So I wanted to give you a quick update on your personal loan file. From what I'm seeing it's lined up for $60,000 for a 72 month term, which comes out to about $1,117 a month. We just need to go over a couple of small details with you before I can send the file over to review. If you have a minute, go ahead press 1 to speak with me or your assigned underwriter. Or you can call us back at 833-588-3806. If you'd rather not get updates anymore, just press 9. Again, it's Anthony Parker from loan underwriting calling about your personal loan for $60,000 on the 72 month term."- Caller: Loan underwriting?

- Tami replies to BillLol. They called the same day & left the exact message word for word.
- Patricia replies to Shane| 1 replyI'm receiving the same type of calls and dealing with the same issue as you. It's ridiculous that something isn't done to stop it. Just hoping that if enough of us report it something will be done.
- Patricia replies to BillAnthony is calling you too!
- PatriciaI get this call daily and sometimes a woman's name is used.

- Megyn replies to PatriciaSame! I must’ve blocked over 150 of their numbers. Always the same message. Sometimes a different name of caller.
- JohnExact same experience for me. They say the company is "Capital Loan Center" in Irvine, CA. There is no such business according to the BBB and the Irvine Chamber of Commerce.
Ask them what their website is. They are asking you to validate your personal information, it's only reasonable you would want to check them out. I literally had one of them tell me they could not share that information until they verified my personal information. If they can't even give you a website it's not just a scammer, it's a lazy scammer.- Caller: Capital Loan Center
