This is a Scam!

They will call you from your local area code and cla to be with your States Process Server Dept. They will tell you that you are going to be served on a certain date   and that the first attempt will be at your place of employment. If they fail to serve you there then the 2nd attempt will be at your residence. You are asked to contact the Legal Firm of Becker & Bach at 833-431-3557.
When I researched the site it brought up a very poorly done website for them based out of Germantown Maryland.

Don't let yourself be fooled.

#1: ( Process servers will not usually call you to let you know your are going to be sued. They are to serve you papers after a lawsuit has been filed. Typically they don't give you advance warning because it makes it more difficult to serve you.)

#2: ( They use the threat of serving you at your employment to scare you into contacting them. )

#3:. ( Website Displays multiple 833 toll free numbers poorly constructed from top to bottom and no local Germantown MD Phone #. )

#4: ( The Address listed is: 12410 Milestone Center Dr. Germantown Maryland 20376 United States.  This address is an Office park which has suite #s assigned to the businesses.  There is no suite # assigned on their web site.)

( #5. The wording in the " About our Company ", Is not professionally done. Looks like a very inexperienced high schooler wrote it.)

#6: ( They claim to have been in business for 29 Years. But the website copy right at the bottom is 2022.)

#7: ( No Attorney Name list offered on the site. It also welcomes you to check out their reviews but there is no review area linked. )
