Mine as well. They said they were TCU and that my payment was late. It wasn't.  I said thank you I will pay it soon.
They just called again and left a message saying to call.
My bill came today. It's not due yet so I would love to turn them in.

Fake teachers credit union number, they call almost daily claiming to be my bank. I have confirmed with my bank that it is not them.

Scam caller. I called Teachers Credit Union to report the fake TCU calls I was receiving.  They said that they are aware of the scammers and are working on a resolution. I suggest you block their number. 833-607-7918

This is a scam call back number. They called me from a different, local number and left a vm to call back the 833 voice-mail. My caller ID showed a different name. Guess how I know it's a scam? I work for a credit union and they said they were calling from the credit union I work for! IDIOTS. hahaha
I deal with calls all day from members being scammed, thinking we were the ones that called. Advice to you all- call back your financial institution at the number known to you to see if the call was valid. Do NOT call the number left in the voicemail.

Called saying they are from TCU credit union. I needed to call them back. They had an important message for me. An agent would be available to help me.

They have called me several times but I am not in the habit of answering numbers that I don't recognize. I tried calling them back twice & the call was dropped each time. I called my credit union and they have not tried to reach me for anything. 833-607-7918 has been blocked.

FAKE TCU. claim you owe money on some account. well since i have ZERO loans, and only checking, just how can i owe a payment to them in anyway.

Call them back after 2 calls. I verified with my local Branch, because they NEVER call me. My branch said they will not EVER call unless Im wayyyy over 30 days late on anything. Turns out...I'm never late. They swear they are affiliated with the South Bend Branch....whom I don't deal with. Number blocked....sounds legit...recorded line etc but I trust my local bank!!!

Just like all the others, they want me to call teachers credit union, now called Everwise, but it comes up as SWBC genesys.  I looked up SWBC and it appears to be some kind of financial institution, but have never heard of them being associated with teachers credit union.

Anytime someone from Teachers wants to get ahold of me, they always email from their department that handles loans or those that are behind on payments.  Glad I checked here first.  Maybe I'll call back and mess with them and waste their time.

This number called and left VM Oct 13th with important information, please call back. They left the number 833-607-7913 different from 7918. I got Juan, who said he was from On Point credit union.. who had my full name, birthdate, said I owe $15.00 on my Visa, can I make a payment with him over the phone. I did have a Netflix payment overdue. I told him to take the payment from my other account, which he pretended he could see. He asked me for my address, I told him it was on file. Which was my first clue. He read me a disclaimer, stating he was recording me and to answer yes after the disclaimer, second glue. I asked him what was the amount I owed he said $15.00 even and my charge was $15.49, third clue. I told him I had not paid it, dropping netflix Monday because That account continues to get hacked. Literally a message on my tv telling me through my netflix acct that there has been a problem with my payment. I changed my Netflix password and it happened again 2 days later. He went quiet when I told him I was dropping my Netflix account because of hackers. Think this guy , this 833 number or this Ring of thieves is the hacker. Beware people. Demand Netflix protect your information. They are doing nothing about this recent hack.

They called saying everwise which was tcu hung up as Bill is paid. Scam call
