    833 is a Texas area code, I'm in California, and Ellis with the "Financial Hardship Department" said they tried reaching my home in San Mateo.  I've never lived in San Mateo.

    I received an email from "Sammy Holzgrefe" with an email address of nimatuelhofyf@hotmail.com. Somehow they knew my first and last name (which is not in my email address). In that email they said that they are from the Financial Hardship Department. They state it as if that is the name of some official agency. Not the financial hardship department at a company/business. They said I am pre-approved for $37,000 in financial support for financial difficulty. They provided the phone number 833-616-0584.
    I am not experiencing any financial difficulty.
