I got the same call, same message, it's crazy, thankfully i read these posts and won't be running to the bank to w/d what little money i have.  why do they do this at Christmas time?  Don't we have enough stress to deal with during the holidays and in the middle of a global pandemic.  Jeez

Same call same message however, Richard Campbell called from 714-551-9542 number and directed me to call 844-950-3910 or 844-950-3912 and also gave several different business names CFR and associates, CRF Legal firm.

Rachel Latimore (said it fast, but sounds like this)...but they called from 5623481025 left 8445370759 as the call back number..

"Hi, this message is intended for <name>. Hi <name>, my name is Rachel Latimore and I work in the legal department of CFR and Associates. I'm calling in regards to a case that has been recently filed in my office against your name, drivers license and social security number. <name>, I need to speak with you immediately. If you have an attorney, you may have them contact me on your behalf. The best number where I can be reached is 844-537-0759. Please be advised that if we fail to receive a response from either yourself or your attorney, we'll be forced to take your silence as refusal to cooperate with our firm and schedule  to be pursued against you. Once again, <name>, I need to speak with you immediately. The number I can be reached at 844-537-0759. Thank you and have a wonderful day."

They calling and harassing me also talking bout I owe them $700 dollars I’m not giving them a dime
