Been getting calls from this number for the last 2 years, asking for someone else that isn't associated with my number.  The person leaving the message says they are a case manager with Healthnet Ins., wanting to know if the person they are calling wants to work with them regarding to care management services.  I've told them numerous times to take my number off their list, yet I still keep getting phone calls.  By the way, Healthnet Ins. is associated with medicare and mdicaid.

Identified as Brandi from Health Net re: soon to be ex. Just to give a call back.

Said they were calling from health net as a nurse case manager. Asked for dob and last 4 of social security number. I called healthnet directly and they said it was a scam and not their number. When I tried calling it back, it goes to automated fake “healthnet” message and then disconnects

Spam , generic voice mail from fake 'HealthNet' , automated call and VM. Blocked them.

Same as the others. Lady called several times using different names requesting that my husband give him ALL of his personal identification information, claiming to be following up on his most recent hospital visit. She even identified the hospital he was in. I knew it was a scam immediately, but my husband was about to give her info so I grabbed the phone and told her she should be ashamed of herself, trying to take advantage of sick people. She hung up and I blocked the number.
