I received a green postcard from 833-669-1364 on November 26, 2023.  The message was concerning an "important matter" about my mortgage and it was "time sensitive."  There was no company name given on the postcard nor was there a return address.  I was unable to track down the name of the firm sending out these postcards by googling their phone number.

Be careful if you receive one of these postcards.  I suspect I will be getting a call from them in the near future.

Typical telemarketing trick to get you to call the number and is common everyday junk mail.

I did not get a call from 833-669-1364, but I suspect I will receive a call from them in the next few days.  I've had other telemarketers use this technique.

People have posted on other websites that this is a phishing scam to get your information once they have you on the phone.  The postcard stated at the top, "Important Notice: Response Needed."  It sounded very officious, as though there was something amiss that needs immediate remediation.

Did you get one of these postcards?  I'm surprised to get a response so quickly to this posting.

And you won't which is why they send the cards out.  That way they don't have to worry about calling the wrong phone number.

Yep, got a postcard like that, urging to call that number. In the small print it indicates that they (LendPro) are not affiliated with my mortgage company, and there’s another number, 833-454-2754. The first one I received about 3 years ago I called my mortgage company directly, and they informed me that it was either a scam, or another company trying to lure my mortgage away from them with the promise of lower payments. I’m going with scam.

Received a blue post card with the ame exact message from O'Bannon Bank. I called O'Bannon Bank directly and was informed they do not reach out to mortgage holders in this way. Also the card had my address but someone else's name. I know the original owners and that is nor the correct name. I did not call the number on the post card.
