Calling saying there is a case in my name, which is not pronounced correctly.  Threats of final notice before lawsuit. However the same message comes form different numbers each day.  Continue to block.

Same... This same lady & same recording has called me from numerous different numbers over time stating exactly the same.  They never say who they are or who they represent.  Another scam company looking for vulnerable people.

Same comments as others...same lady with same recording stating calling about a file in their office that is being escolated for collection. Never say who they are representing, don't provide a file #, or don't even call me by name--just generic.

A lady called today stating the same thing on my phone. I refuse to answer. This is ridiculous.

Same as others except they are calling with my husbands name on my phone. Various numbers call, same lady leaves voicemail with no real information. Annoying and frustrating.

I get these phone calls all the time. I actually talked to an individual, and told them to go ahead and have me served then. They said ok and hung up. It is a scam without a doubt

Similar to others. Person calling for my brother, not me. Identified herself as “Emily Johnson”, says she’s handling a “legal business matter” that has “his name and social”. Proceeds to leave a partial 855- number. Scammer is so bad she can’t even finish the number.  The partial number she leaves is 855-650-13...

Are they stating a case number ???? .. im in panic freaking out I can't tell if this is real it was a woman stating she was from my county stated my street address but ..I don't work said legal papers would be delivered to work and home ...

It is BS. I work in the legal field and if you are being served you’re gonna be served. You’re not going to get a phone call beforehand. There’s too much technology resources out there for any of us to ever need you  to “verify” your address.

Just received this automated phone call talking about a pending lawsuit. I call the number back and discovered this is actually a “Debit Collection” agency looking for a relative of mine that I hadn’t seen in over 5 years. My name & phone number was used as a reference by this relative when taking out a loan years ago.

Did they ever serve you? Cause I just got the same call saying their with the county calling to inform I have 24 hours before they garnish my wages and I’m served.

They are LIARS!!!  If you had a real problem, you would NOT be called.  A quick call to your county courthouse will verify the SCAM.  Then contact your state attorney general's office.  These CROOKS have nothing to do with your county - an illegal comment!!.

I have a man's voice but with the same threat about a case has been filed against me.  They provide no information about who they are It's? a scam!!  Ignore

Scam they won't stop. They even call my employer...

Mine was from 833-669-1570 , a lady name Lindsey Meyers and said she was from "Jackson, Edwards and Associates" from a county that rang in an area code of 916- CALIFORNIA! Yet the county mentioned is in Nebraska. Threats of garnishment and being served at work and home. Did mention my address correctly which scares me.

These people call several times a day ... claim to be a legal office... they are a bottom feeder collection agency... checked with the local DA and county offices ... no cases filed against my person or drivers license number... if you will be served chances are you will not know until it happens and if they call it will be from a office in your town with the same area code of the city you live in... BLOCK..
