FRAUD mail item giving me a "final notice" about my mortgage.

First Class postage paid - Permit no 584

Fraud , the number is not coming up for any  local businesses nor the web

Not finding a phone number on the web is not a sign that the caller is trying to commit a fraud.
There is no law that requires businesses to post all of the phone numbers that they use online so that the various search engines can find them.  Businesses only post the numbers they want the public to use for inbound calls and keep the numbers that they want to keep available for outbound calls to themselves.
Search engines are neither omniscient nor infallible.

Like the previous entry we received something in the mail about our new mortgage, saying it was our lender who had been "trying to reach us" (they literally have our number if they really were). It gave this phone number to call.

We called the number of our lender (retrieved from their website... don't call this number) and they confirmed that this was a scam and they did not send it.

It came in a security style mail with perforations so it kind of looks legit. It isn't! It's a scam. Do NOT call.

Sent a mailing appearing to be from my credit union stating that it was important that I call number 1-833/672-1656 about my mortgage.
My credit union advise me that this number is NOT related to them

Receive several pieces of mail telling me to call numbers. This is one of the numbers that on the letter however the only information they have correct is the loan amount. Also the are using the broker since I know my loan was sold within a week of closing

Scam company pretending to be Unlock. Leveraged public records to get address.

Our home received 3 letters from P.O Box 19595 Jacksonville, FL 32245-9595. Mailed to us Piority First Class Mail. Said to call 1-833-672-1656. Came in a security form. They even list my name and loan amount. My bank told us its a scam. To please burn it or shred it. I used it as toilet paper to wipe my ass with it.

Scam. Didn't even try to call back.

Received a letter stating needed to call 1 833 672 1656 regarding a matter of importance related to my mortgage. The return address is po box 19595 Jacksonville fl

Got same letter official looking,  dummy me I called got a call back ( got guys name and local phone number and general location) he started talking real fast saying he needed to ask a few medical questions than we could pick a plan that best works for me . Told him point blank I was covered already within my mortgage and that I wasn'tansweringany medical questions because he isn't a medical professional he got mad we exchanged words and he hung up .

Scam. Do not respond to this postcard that looks official. They want you to buy mortgage insurance....Scam just throw it away!!!
