I received a call from them. I advised him that he was on a recorded line so he hung up.

Just received a call from Ken Stevens stating he is making a courtesy call before making his first attempt of coming to my home and my place of employment with documents in hand which require my signature.  Wants to schedule a convenience time of delivery due to Covid guidelines.  I know a scam voice mail when I hear one.  Not falling for it! Not even calling back after seeing all these comments on this #.

They claimed to be bellman and sterns. Threatening legal action if I don't call them by the end of day.

Thank you! Calling  me and my husband saying he’s coming to our house this Monday between 12-5 to serve me and then tells me to call anther phone number!

Some woman called left a voice mail threatening to come to my home and place of employment. When I called back this guy puts me on hold and says a "client" is serving me with civil litigation. When I stated his business practices were illegal he hung up on me. When I called back to ask the name of company to file to the FTC, he hung up again.

What did you find out when you called?

You can hope and pray that person stops back or you can take the time to thoroughly read all the other posts for the assistance that you need.  Hope you make the correct choice.

Received a call from 850-558-5829.  They had a lot of info.  Spoke with Victoria Williams and her direct line is 888-4379.  Victoria Williams advised she was with Stonington Park Mediation Group.  Account that was paid in full years ago.  I had the paid in full letter.  I have nothing in collections and this was odd.

They are asking me to paid $500   to resolve a loan that I suppose to take out since 2012 from some company call CashCall never hear of a company of that name and told me they sent mail to my address never received plus I check my credit report no such company is on my repot and that if I don't paid Illegal action will be place in my county with the courts and I will be paiding $4,500 in total for the loan and court fees
