- Scott replies to JoyceIf the debt is from 2009 you are not liable to repay it as it is past 7 years. Do not answer or reply to them in anyway. If you do it can only cause you problems and can in some cases start the clock again in the outstanding debt. Best to leave it and them alone .
- Scott replies to KDo not call these people back. If it is serious and legit they would correspond by mail.
- JenGot a text message yesterday claiming I owe on a ShopHQ/Evine account and, although I did owe them $42 (stupid mistake), I already paid it to a collection agency back in December of 2019! And now a different “collection agency” is trying to get me to pay that again??? Weird! How do they get our information??? Scary!
- Caller: Collection agency no name given
