This number called me 5 times today. No message left. I don't answer called that aren't in my contacts, so if ya want to talk to me, you should leave a message.

What does this phone number have to do with that company?  It is not listed on the company website or on the BBB website?

It's a company called NCC (Nationwide Credit Corporation).

They call me 3 to 4 times a week looking for some Spanish guy that's not at this number. They don't believe you no matter how many time you tell them.

They just keep calling; sometimes they'll change up numbers but it's the same company.

They are getting to be a real pain in my rear. I think I'm going to have to turn it over to my county's legal services office.

Your "county's legal service office" would not be able to handle this problem since it is not within their jurisdiction.  Now the whole problem here is that you are not telling them properly.  You should be sending them a certified, return receipt "not me" letter.  That way you can prove that they got it.  Then if they continue to call you can sue them.  See, you win either way.  If they quit calling you then that problem is solved and if they don't, well you get lots and lots of greenbacks in your pocket.

This are scammers asking for easy money!!!!

They keep calling, never leave a message so I answered. They're asking for someone that I don't know. I told them that, they told me I was lying. I hung up and blocked the number. Now I'm getting calls non stop from similar numbers.

Word of caution, if you have no debt, DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE!  If they're looking for someone else, they will accuse you of lying and blow up your phone!

Very, very poor advice.  Your problem is so very easily solved.
