I just received the same fraud call from a number 346-353-6828.  Very threatening voice.  Told me I needed to call this 833 number and gave me a file number.  Asked me to read it back and I said I would not but that I would be looking them up and reporting them for fraud.   (Big tip off for me was that they used my former married name which I have not gone by in over 10 years.)    I will not be calling the number in the next two days as I was sternly warned to do.

They had mu information kept stating I had an account in collections that I never had and a judgment was going to be placed under my name for 10 years. I advised them I would be contacting my attorney

I want to know if they're scammers they called me stating about some claim back in 2002. I didn't have a phone

Called me today demanding over $7]0, then down to $300, then to "the originaL Mount owed, $189. Supposedly a hospital bill from 2003. First off, they used my maiden name, which I've not used since 1999, and second, I had medicaid then! Scam!! Take me to court I guess!

That would not be legally possible since the Statute of Limitations would have run out in every state.  That of course would be an affirmative defense on your part and you could then sue them and make them pay you.

I had the same call but it was from a number 833-781-6495 they saying that I owe a bill from June,1993 but could not give me a name of the company.

Of course collectors, fraud not so likely.... your debt? Absolutely

I paid my debt with them, got a roll and that was it. TY LTS

got a call from a number in south carolina they gave me a case number and i called 833 781 6495 some lady said i owed $5800 on a fleet credit card.i dont even know what a fleet card is! she asked me why i had problems paying the card I told her because i dont recall having one.anyhow she went into her lets make a deal speech after i asked for something in the mail to validate that there real.she said she didnt have to and went into her im gonna shut you down(bank account leen on my home etc.she said let me see what i can do for you and put me on hold. got tired of her B.S and hung up.scary though they had my social# will see what happens reading all the other complaints gives me a little comfort.

Someone called my home phone, which is rarely used, claiming that there was a complaint filed against me and gave a claim number. Informed that I needed to call 833-617-6495 to discuss. I called the number and first asked what the name of the company was and where is was located before I gave the file number. She identified my full name based on the file number that I read back to her but refused to offer her any more info and she got very defensive when I told her that this was a fraud and that there was no such claim. I hung up and hopefully won't be bothered by this scammer again.

Same stuff reported by others, they are trying to collect a pay day loan from 2001.  It is 2019.  They called and said they would sue me or have a warrant drawn for my arrest.  Called cell and work numbers.

They called said that someone had a complaint against me give me another number then I call that number and said that they tried to serve me with papers twice then I started cussing and raising hell then they hung the phone up
