They did not identify themselves or who they may be representing.

Sounds like a scam.

have called twice leaving message with no name telling me they're processing a case. 8338123727 I called they said they were looking for me with my previous married name. Havent used that name in over 20yrs. When they do this i know it's a scam

I received three voicemails from them saying there was a complaint against me and just said my last name. The caller just said her first name, no last name and didn't mention what company/government office she represented. She said they needed to talk to my legal representative and of I didn't respond that my case would be sent to the County and my case would be closed.

I never responded. Total scam.
