They LIE that they're from Amazon and ask you to call back to confirm your order. DO NOT CALL BACK. If you do, they'll usually try to get you to connect to your computer "to get rid of the hackers" or "to secure your account" - there are NO hackers and NO problems with your real Amazon account - they lie so they can connect to you, to scam you for money and/or get access to your various accounts! Also, if you call them back and don't fall for it, your number will often be resold as an active number - they believe if people call back, they will eventually fall for something... So, HANG UP on the robo call and do NOT call back (definitely not from a phone number that you want to use for non-scammers).
