Same call to my cell phone twice. I didn't answer either so they left messages both times. Let it go, thinking it was a scam but curiosity got the best of me and returned the call. Luckily there was no answer.  Then i saw these posts. Thanks

Firstly, you should be contacting your bank and reporting the fraud charges.

Secondly, Amazon is one of those large companies that is loath to post phone numbers to contact them and expects you to go through their website instead.
A very simple search (which you could have done easily yourself) on their site turned up a page dealing with Unknown Charges
    (https://www.amazon.com/gp/help/customer/display.html?nodeId=GSNBBJP63SM65UDB)
and at the bottom of that page is a link to where you can report unauthorized activity.

So you talked to someone who called you, claiming to be Amazon Security? And I guess you gave them your info? You need to take action immediately.

See the post above from Nimrod, that has excellent info.

You need to sign into your Amazon account and change your password and secure your payment info. There is info about this on the Amazon site. If the scammers have changed your passwords, you will have to check the Amazon site to get help on that. It is not very easy to get them on the phone, they want to work with email and sometimes connect via computer.

Also check into Two-Step Verification - Also on the Amazon site. You need to protect yourself.

Check the bank or CC accounts related to Amazon and make sure that no unauthorized funds have been withdrawn or transferred. Speak to those companies about securing your account and if funds were withdrawn you need to report that crime.

If you let these scammers sign-in on your computer, you have a serious problem.
