Got a text to call this number but I am not calling.

Received text message with my name included telling me to call them ain’t happening

I replied STOP to the text and I got a message that I opted out of their messages.

Scammers about payday loans (in which I haven't used) but sent a reply as:
You have reached the FCC Fraud Unit. Please be advised this number has been recorded into ourFraudulent and Scammers Database. Continued calls or SMS Messages to this number can and will be used if a Court case is filed against you.

Yea, I got the same text and I did call them; A person answered saying they were from "Berkeley" or "Berkel" -some-other-name- "and Wise/White" (basically sounding like a law firm) I asked if they were a law firm or something and the guy said "No, we're a collection agency" LOL He tried to verify my identity by stating my full name, last 4 digits of my son, and my address; said he had to verify my identity before he could disclose what account they were trying to collect on. You were smart to not call them back though LOL For me personally, any debt that they were trying to collect must have been from at least 15 years ago... Nope. Lol

Received a text to call them, I did, they said I owed EZ payday loan from 2014. Never ever had any such thing!

I got the same text, I responded by asking if they want my attorney’s phone number because I filed bankruptcy in 2014 and haven’t owed money in years and they responded “No!”
