This guy has left several messages on my cell phone and then just called my workplace. Claims his name is Timothy Ford and he is calling to inform me that he is coming to serve me with papers I need to sign. I informed him I've never heard of a law firm calling to schedule serving paperwork and he stated he didn't work for a law firm but rather a private contractor. He wouldn't tell me who he worked for and claimed he didn't know what the paperwork was he was supposed to be serving me with. I told him he was not permitted to contact me at my office again and any contact should be via mail. He claimed his "client" had tried to reach me by mail unsuccessfully. I have no clue what this could be in regards to if it is legitimate. I called the number he gave me to inquire and after many rings you just get a voicemail for a Ryan Woljek. No further info on the voicemail.

The same guy just called me looking for my younger sister to serve papers I called the number he gave me and sounded like the same guy. The weird thing is us having the same last name. Something pretty fishy sounds like. I would like to find out whats really going on though.

I recieved the same call this morning however he told me he was going to serve papers to a cherry laural address and then an employer address he didnt say who he was looking for just his name was Timothy ford and his number was 833 937 3273 and he called from unknown

Received the same exact call/ voicemail in regards to my uncle who I don't have much contact with.

same thing as above , if your serving papers you would not be calling to confirm they threatened me and I have no ide who they are or what this is in reference too . I am calling my attorney   they also said i will go to your work, well. wouldn't give me a company name o what it was in reference to

Same instance as all above. Called a sister I don’t speak with saying they are trying to serve papers & garnishing wages. Asked for paperwork and said they did not have it etc

He Called my sister in MO and also my work place, to call back with the tracking number. What is it?
