Received call from a phone number that leaves this number to call with questions. The caller does not state who they are or where they are calling from.

Threatening lawsuit.

Same as other reports. Threat to escalate legal proceedings. No identification given.

Same, make threats about a lawsuit and told to call this number. Gave no info, recording on my vm.

VM threatens lawsuit, no company name given, no info given on why I would even be involved in a lawsuit given, told to call back to resolve the issue. Scam!!!!!

Automated Message:  "This notice is intended for "[NAME REDACTED" Your file has been placed in our office for a possible lawsuit pending.  Your file has been reviewed and instructions to escalate court proceedings have been ordered. I have received numerous phone calls from the following number: 1-508-387-3486 since the start of January, 2021.  The following is a list of all phone call incoming call attempts by this number.

As you can see, they have become far more aggressive as of late.  I have spoken to someone (no name given) and requested to be removed from their list.  They replied "we will not," then hung up on me.  I called back a second time, received a four-minute ring-wait time and eventually hung up.  A third call was made and an angry gentleman informed me again that my number will not be removed and to contact [redacted] name and "good luck" before hanging up. Details below.

Calling "508-387-3486"

I have attempted to call their number back, but the original number (508-387-3486) leads me to a voicemail box, rings indefinitely (over four minutes), or eventually sounds as though someone is picking up the phone and quickly hanging it up.

Calling "833-937-3379"

Calling the number they leave in the voicemail does get me to someone, however, they informed me that they will not be removing my number from their list and to contact [redacted name] and gave me a "good luck" before hanging up.  I've called them back several times, informing them that I am not this person they speak of.  They gave me a name and address of the person they are actually calling (my phone number, name and address) and while the name is correct, the address is over ten years old.  I informed them that their information is incorrect and that I have no correspondence nor relation to the person they are trying to reach. They said it did not matter and that they will keep calling to look for [name redacted] and again hung up.

I called today, which again went to voicemail, requesting a written form of proof of debt, including whom it is to, the amount and reason of the debt (after googling how to stop this) and informed them I would report them to the FTC if they do not respond within the required timeframe of what the FTC of five business days.  I informed them that since they have my number, they may call me to receive the information required since they only have my name (not the name that is attached to the debt) and an incorrect address (that I am aware of).

I have called both numbers and again was sent to voice mail after several minutes of ringing and requested the same "Validation Notice" of written proof of said debt and how it pertains to me personally.  They have yet to respond and have only increased their volume of calls (calling me twice AS I AM WRITING THIS MESSAGE 0/25/2021 @ 401pm and 10/25/2021 @ 4:13pm).

Same as everyone above. They are not even calling for me, but a relative. Man was very rude and refused to take me off their list.

Received the same voice recording message as stated above for a person I do not know, nor have heard of advising to call them back at the 833-937-3379 and giving the file number (which they do not give).  They are calling a business phone line.  Received this message several times in the past few months.  Complete bs scam call.
