My brother is in a law enforcement agency I forwarded him text and his IT team are working on tracking them down. They are 100% definitely a scam, they persist in texting from different numbers and with a bogus case # to call so you don’t miss your date. They are not a process server, process servers are local and they don’t text at night and they don’t give you a heads up that you are being served. These clowns have messed with the wrong person. Everyone in here should call the FTC on Monday and report all numbers they called from, the number they want you to call with case # and let’s the feds come after them and kick their door in wherever these low life’s are running this scam.
