This company advertised on facebook.  They charged my card  $149.91 and never delivered the product.  The phone number listed is no longer in service.  They are a fraud.  Would advise to get a new card if you did business with CMS Premoum Keto Store.

I was scammed by Keto Premium store through this number.  I canceled and they charged me again.  This # is on my bank statement and I can't get it off.

There is a charge on my credit card from this company which I did not make.  Now I am having trouble getting to them to remove this charge and refund my money.

Contact your card issuer and report a fraudulent transaction. Then have the card cancelled so this doesn't happen again.

I had the same problem. So I checked online to see if anybody gotten another number and I came across this #(866)226-8303, I called them because I sent the product back to them. I called and they told me my order was being processed, I had also found out that they had taken more money out of my account. They told me that the reason they were taking the money out was because I didnt cancel the cleanse I just canceled the keto fast,so they cant give me the rest of my refund because i did get the rma number for the keto please so my order came in 1 package, but they said it was 2 orders. So not thinking that I had to get 2 RMA numbers I used 1 and that's how they got to keep the money for the clease and they also have the cleanse now. So I tried to ask them can they send the cleanse back to me since I paid for it, they hung up on me, I called back and asked the same thing to a different person and they said they cant do that and before I could say anything else they hung up on me again. I could see if I had been rude or cussed them out but I didnt. As long as they send me the bulk of my money I will be fine.

Same exact happened to me got another charge today of $9.99 called my bank and disputing I'm so mad at myself.

i order the minim amount to try it. one week later I got 6 bottles and a booster. Of course I checked my card to find out they charged me for all of these that was not authorized. I called the 833-955-0079 on statement and that number has been disconnected. I called my bank and stop the charges.I'm sure they will find me now.

The same thing happened to me. I guess its a case of live and learn because I can find no way to get hold of anyone

So that was exactly what's happened to me. BUT the phone number is bogos on my bank statement.

This company charged me for items it did not order in total$191.91.  I ordered from Facebook, buy 2 get one free at $34.95.  Now the number is 'out of service'.  How can I reconcile this major difference w/my bank ?

My story is identical to yours.  Can not find a viable phone number to call to cancel my order which I placed in mid May and have not received any product.   However I have had the exact same charges added on to my Visa
I want to cancel my order, get a refund and expose this as a fraud.

This company is a SCAM. They should be shut down, fined, and everything they charge people should be refunded immediately. My card was charged $154 .94, $34.98, $1.99. I never ordered anything from these people. This has me extremely upset and I work to hard to have SCAMMERS just take my money from me like this. Anyone knows how to get this company if it is one.. SHUT DOWN.

Did you report the fraudulent transactions and have the account closed so they can't keep taking your money?

 I'v called over and over they say try latter this is a scam they keep sending and charging my account I have reported them I just want this to stop

I called PayPal their bank said they would look into it I also e-mail this scam company and told them I reported them I got a bottle today and sent it back when I got home I ck paypal  and they charged my account

The same thing happened to me June 14th. I realized they charged me almost double what I ordered, and charged for the cleanser I did not order. I called (833-955-0079) to cancel and they said they would, but there was a $20 cancellation fee. I never received the product, never received even the reduced refund. I called again today and was told all sales are final and the rep hung up on me.  This is definitely a scam!

I was charged for a product i never confirmed order on and i sent the product back but now i can not get any information on my refund without a tracking number which i never got .  The person i spoke to just hung up and did not help me

Company changed it's name now (credit card receipt shows BEAUTORAMA BOOST 855-6692822 CA) with $39.99 charge.  Called this number (goes overseas) they say they can't find the account but, signed up for a lifetime monthly charge.  CANCEL THE CREDIT CARD & HAVE A NEW ISSUED
