These people have been calling me for 3 years now saying the same damn thing I got into an argument with a guy over the phone yesterday things weren't going his way he told me he was going to call my mother LOL really call my mother hahaha

I just received the same call.  Exact same message.

I just got the same call but mine says this notice is intended for your Credit card that it came back as declined payment I only have one credit card and I pay them directly. And then it goes on saying the same thing about misunderstanding and request immediate response or evidence will be submitted and your file will expedited for futher action. This is the 4 time I have recieved this call.

I got the same message if they cannot give you an attorney name and address a phone number papers of documentation when to appear in court and what time they are phony
