Keeps calling my number. Doesn't leave a message!!

Potential Spam - Stole my signature to make an illegal inspection on my apartment and are trying to have us leave our apartment for an over two weeks at  the expense of the NYCHA,. We are an elder couple, over 80 years old and have live at this apartment for over 58 years.

NYCHA established the Team for Enhanced Management Planning and Outreach (TEMPO) to address any lead-based paint issues at its developments. Lead is hazardous to your health, so maybe you should be thankful they are finially getting around to you.

The TEMPO Abatement program can accelerate the removal of lead-based paint from your apartment their number is 1-833-993-4232. If you don't believe it is them who called you, call the Customer Contact Center (CCC) at 718-707-7771 or use the MyNYCHA app or website (www.nyc.gov/mynycha).

Tempo is using this as a hide out scam operation making wrong inspections ( Planted lead tape  in the bathroom wall  ) to make repairs to minimal lead accumulations, taking advantage of the elderly. instead of 3 days, it takes 2  weeks or more and have to remove the tenants from the apartment for two weeks or more, paid with NYCHA funds; Their telephone, 833-833-4332,  is rated as POTENTIAL SCAM and I am receiving daily calls since October 28, 2025. They stole my signature and used it to make the inspection, then told me that I have to move. We have resided at this apartment for 58 years.  Investigate individual cases in our project.

What kind of scam is it when they pay you to repair your apartment? You know this is a phone number look up website, right? You might want to contact an Attorney if you feel it is a scam or your doctor if you need to update your meds.
