Said he had some some info on some illegal banking in Colorado. Said I could call back to settle or he could send it to the County I live in. He didn't declare a Law Firm or Company. He just said his name Jeffery Stanton and he didn't sound to convincing when he kept stumbling over his phone number.

Similar call as the guy below. .....called my bank to verify...scam..

Just got a call from the same loser. These people are insane

Same type of call . .  same type of BS . . . contact name given was for the boss Jerry Staton . .  then why are you calling me if you cannot provide your contact number??

Called my cell phone, I don't have any idea who these idiots are!! Thought I best report it. They were not even looking for me. it was someone else. And why wouldn't Jeffery Stanton call himself.................

These people call stating that you have some type of bank fraud with bad checks I don't even have a checkings account this is some bull. Be aware these people are scam artist. They will say anything for you to settle with them get a real job

I just got a call from Jeff Stanton too. States I've been writing bad Wells Fargo checks. Uh no. I dont even bank with Wells Fargo. Nice try. I get these type of calls weekly. I just block them.

Each and every one of you guys are payday loan debtors and therefore by definition are also BAD CHECK WRITERS who find it easier to label something a scam than to admit . You R THE SCAMMERS!

These is a scam that calls your phone to see if you are still using that number. They lie about why they call. I am in to it with a college loan scam outfit who say they are assigned my loans and somehow they are tacking thousands of dollars on to my student debt just willy nilly. I do not agree to the terms. So, I get harassing calls like this. They are liars.
