Wondering why you've posted this here?  Did you get a call?  Can't find this "charity" on either Charitywatch.org or Charitynavigator.org,or on irs.gov.

According to the South Carolina Secretary of State's office,
that company was registered as a business on 04/08/2014
(That really was not too long ago, was it?)

However, when I searched for CHARITIES with that name, nothing was found.

So, we too wonder why the original poster posted ... unless it is a proactive shill?

Well, yes, that was actually my first thought - a pre-emptive post.

Veteran's Relief Services, LLC is not a charity.  That is why you cannot find it listed under charities.  We assist veterans with their benefits and VA home loans.  We have posted on this site, due to the fact, that when searching our number, it pops up as Ask-a-lawyer, which must have been who the number was registered to before.  We wanted to make sure that there wasn't any confusion.  As for our start date, every company has to start somewhere.  Thank you.

This is an untrustworthy home mortgage company.  Why do a say untrustworthy becuase they use autodialers to call numbers that are not on the do not call list and will not remove the number from their list.  They are not a charity or any type of vetrans benifit they are a mass mortgage sales company hiding behind the vetrans name which is absolutely disgraceful.  Quit trying to con vetrans!

Okay, since "you" are an LLC, a business, and NOT a charity, then you are subject to the DNC/FTC regulations as any other telemarketer.  In other words, you are in business to make a PROFIT.  So YOU ARE BREAKING THE LAW while using an auto dialer (predictive dialer), calling cellular phones unsolicited, calling ANY number that is registered with the DNC, etc.  What make "you" any different than the others???

    STOP BREAKING THE LAW!

It's a company I'd never do business with because they cold call. And another fine example of how companies, especially shady ones, disregard the do not call registry and get away with it.
If it really is owned by an Army vet then I'm imagining he was a POS.

They're saying they help vet's with a refinance option through a VA loan, but as they are an LLC and not a charity, I'm wondering what's the cost to the Vet is!

Veterans Relief services is a business, NOT a charity, therefore when they call your house they are violating the Do Not Call Act. Therefore they are criminals. It is illegal for them to make unsolicited calls.

It actually is not breaking the law if they call as the person or business who is (Legally) selling your information should have crossed checked it with the DNC before SELLING it to ANY/ALL companies who will pay a pretty penny, My best advise is that you READ your paperwork and/or request there be a nondistribution clause of your information in ANY and ALL contracts that you sign. (Banks, cell phone companies, websites and MAJORITY of BIG BUSINESSES SELL YOUR INFORMATION FOR PROFIT).

Where do you get that? If they CALL as the company and it's not really them, that's misrepresentation! Also, I can tell you that MOST banks DON'T sell your info, NOR do cell companies. If either of those were TRUE, my phone would be ringing off the hook! Guess what?! It's not! Maybe YOU just weren't careful with your number-ever think of that?! Oh, and one other thing: posting the same thing over and over just makes you into a SPAMMER! Nice going on that!
