If you do get a check that is mailed, take  it & the envelope to the post office & forward it to the inspectors.

Received the same text message.  Received check in mail and deposited in my bank (really for fun since I figured it was a scam).  I also contacted my bank and had them flag the deposit.  Definitely, a scam although I am waiting for the check to bounce.

I posted my Chrysler 300 for sale and received the exact same text, word for word. I blocked the number and deleted my post. I don’t have time for BS like that.

I got the exact same message, then to play with him I said I deposited the check in my bank(still haven't) he responds "As confirmed from the Lady bank Accountant (WtH is a lady bank accountant lmbo!!!) that once check deposited it takes 24 hours to clear.. So Monday morning all can be completed and you can make withdrawal assuredly Monday morning in cash.
this idiot obviously doesn't know it takes up to 72 business hours to clear. Monday comes around and he comments:"As i just contacted my bank and they told me funds have been released, they told me over the phone, have you checked"?(lol I never deposited it)
The check is endorsed from some SC realty group signed "James Earl" yet this guy Identifies hisself as " Mr Jeffery " I'm about to call the company and get this prick busted somehow
