    How can nice people call you and tell you the government is giving you a $9,000 Grant but you have to send them $250 for them to process it spoiler alert red flag the government don't make you pay to send you money we must have stupid written right across their foreheads got a call yesterday the IRS says I owe them money and if I don't send them money they are going to have file a lawsuit against me

    "How can nice people call you..." Simple. They aren't nice people.  No one who tries to rip someone else off is "nice".
    Just FYI, the government didn't give money  away at random. Grants have to be applied for and you don't have to pay any sort of fee to receive one.
