Fake legal gibberish from some low-life bottom-feeders called County Mediations.  Recorded BS message asked for someone who doesn't work here. Tried to call and tell them they had the wrong person or business and this rude skank said 'get a life' and hung up. What-the-eff-ever, slag. Nice talking to you, too.  Least you're not on welfare.

This number called my phone twice and left a recorded message wanting someone not at this number. Said to contact "David Smith" in the litigation dept regarding a court case and a motion for an out of court dismissal and referred to a "county court" but did not say what county. This has got to be some scam. It stated "consider yourself to be served" of this notification...lol

Obviously a scammer. Not only was the messaged garbled but there wasn't any clarity about what this was for. I don't have anything outstanding either.

Answered and it took about 6 seconds before a recorded message came on - male's voice saying "This is David...." I hung up.

I received a call stating they were looking for my dad, but gave his name, and was stating the county courts and if he wants this to done outside of court to call the number back. He also said something about mediation dept. The recording from David Smith gave me a reference number. I'm thinking scam!!

They said I owed a bogus dept and I would be served by a sheriff, lmao 😂 scam never heard of the debtor. 540.00 sure thing I told them see u in court

My wife got a call from 8842042432 today. They left a voice mail with a reference number. She called them back and they won't answer. County mediation sounds fishy to me.

I have received multiple calls from this number over the past several months. Voicemail says also "David Smith" and you have been officially notified etc, however the name they believe they are reaching is my prior husband who is actually deceased 4 years ago. I finally called back today with the reference number and they said they were County Mediation Services...the woman I spoke with wanted to get off the phone quickly, stating almost immediately "we will remove your number." When I asked what this was regarding, "not at liberty to discuss."
Smelled and sounds like fraud!!

Just received a voicemail from a David Smith who said he was an Arbitrator, did not say from where, regarding a motion filed with the county office, did not say which one, said this is my last opportunity to call 1-844-204-2432 before having to appear in call.

Received several calls from David Smith from phone number 1844 204 2432 stating that he is an Arbitrator with a case number .....  and wants to settle befor the county court. Did not mention which county or what is in regards to. I checked his name through Facebook and google and does not exist. This is defiantly a scam. They have several different numbers that they call from. Even though I have blocked him or them they still call from different phone numbers that appears on my callers I’d.

Just received this call and have been receiving a similar call for about the last 3 years.  It happens randomly.  The first time I called it back because I was nervous, they said I owed $1500 to a check cashing place I'd never heard of.  They would not tell me the name of their company and details other than I owed a debt.  They said if I paid within 24 hours of receiving the call they would only make me pay $500.  They wanted my credit card number.  I told them unless they can mail me official documentation of the debt in question there was no way I'd pay anything.  I never got anything.

This most recent call was from County Mediation Services, and they wanted to settle out of court.  They stated I had "officially" been notified.

This fake number called my mom sayING they were aberrations for County mediation. Didn't say what County but they wanted close before papers were served. This is crazy that these scamers some how get my mom's number and makes her believe this is real. Someone needs to cat h these people.

It IS a scam. You cannot be served over the phone, it must be in person, and REAL process servers never call in advance. Just block and ignore their calls.

They've been calling me for almost 2 years now. Now that I know it's a scam I'm blocking them.

Same experience. The bully/hitman thug who calls with the fake id, David Smith, is wanted by the police already.  If this were a real collection agency, this type of harassment is ILLEGAL. Report the calls. Let your Cty Ct house also know that they are being named or even impersonated. The more reports, the deeper the charges against him. Any threatening call, in which your protected info is solicited, especially when you do not know who it is and the perp is vague about that to which the call pertains, do not give info and report call, including number on caller id to police dept! This is a criminal attempting to rob or extort you.  It is a scam. If he is found to be doing this for any type of collection, the company is in violation of the law and can be taken to civil ct. or have a class action lawsuit filed against them for evey pemny they've got!  Call police. File report!

Received scam call, too!  Reported to Police in my town. Police thanked me for info, he said can help find him by phone usage patterns calculated by times. May be doing from his PC.

I reported a call I got from this numbet!  Same tone. This guy is a bully.  I reported it to the police in my City.  I used to work in the State government.  This is definitely illegal.  He'll be caught!  They always are! Just keep reporting the calls he makes!  There were similar ones made a couple of years ago, made by female with Asiatic accent, claiming she was the IRS and she actually said that there was an arrest warrant out for people she called (couldn't name district or precincy).  She is in prison now along with her associstes.
