Who do this number connect too.

this number calls me leaving a message saying that they have a delivery for me and they need me to call them to verify my address. they are trying to tell me that I took a loan out with their associate six years ago and I never did take a loan but they have my information. they are trying to get money from me for something I never agreed to.

Voicemail message- They will not give a company name but they give their personal names (probably an alias) then a computerized voice says my name and that they are calling for the address on record and to please return their call as soon as possible for delivery of this documentation.
I refuse to call them back.

Claire/Cardinal/Document Delivery Scam

.    Cold calls and  tells you they have a package for you.  Of course there is no package.  Just a debt scamming technique to get you to call back and verify who you are and get personal information.    Part of the “Cardinal” scam group, but they use other  IDs and CIDs.
Ignore and block any calls you might receive from these numbers or CIDs.

Good info from CWG40!  I am also getting these calls.  "Claire" has called me twice and on each one, the phone number to call back on was different.  (844)590-5645 and (844)591-4753.  No messages from them since Nov. 4th.  Today (Nov. 17) I received a recorded message with similar info as "Claire's" message, and this time it was a male voice.  The phone number on caller ID was (844)204-3323 but the call back number was given as (844)205-9641.  The scary part is that after they say the standard "address registered to" and then they fill in the blank with a name, they do say a derivative of my actual first name, but they don't have the correct last name.

Same scam say they "have a fax ordered for deliveryx... What total crap. Ordered by whom for what... Bite me

Same as above machine call male voice stating my name requesting a call back for a delivery.

Recieved a call with a recorded message looking for someone I  don't know to confirm address for a delivery.
