I saw this number for a Home Depot settlement and from what I can tell, it looks like a phishing scam. The email i received was not from Home Depot but administrators@qgemail.com.

This seems fake. I got an email with this number referenced and I would not call or click the link as I suspect they will want you to "verify your credit card" - ha, yeah. And this number goes to some website that, in no way, is related to the Home Depot - even if they use their name in the URL. Some bogus email also of Settlement Administrator <Administrators@qgemail.com>

I would agree with the two other gentlemen that this seems to be a scam and not a legitimate contact number.  I say that because I just received the email referencing the phone number 2 months after they did - if this were real, the email would probably come out to everyone at the same time.  I will not respond to the email request to call this number either.

got an email with this number on 7-29-19, and turned the email in to spamcop.net.

looks like a spam or worse to me.

It is legit. Not a scam. The website www.homedepotbreachsettlement.com is owned by ALLAN VETERE of GILARDI & CO LLC. An established and proven settlement administrator.  I got the same email as y'all and just researched and verified it's legitimacy myself. Thought I'd share the info with you.

So you received an e mail, verified that it was legitimate according to you, and then looked up this phone number?  Why would you need to do that?
