    IF you were actually getting sued, you would NOT have a warning call.  Block & ignore the caller.  If they left a name (which I doubt), PLEASE post it here.

    Called back ans said what guaranteed what hes doing is perfectly legal in the us an i sound like someone that doesnt want to handle my affairs. Kept teting to call back on a private number but i ignored the calls and reported this to my lawyer to follow up as he said it was also illegal the threaten charges.
