Called me on my landline.   Automated female voice.  Said there was a problem with my “Apple device” and said I should not use it until I talk with the “Apple” representative.  Press 1.  Or call this number.   Most likely scam and I won’t call them back or answer calls from this number.

They've called 4 times in the last hour. Now leaving a message.

Same thing. Automated voice. Told not to use any financial things until calling Apple support

I just got the same thing - obviously [***] since there is nothing wrong with my apple 'devices'.

received same call/message today.  The incoming number on caller id was 805-929-2211.

Same thing.  I did return the call to be answered by an automated device instructing me to hold.  After about 2 minutes I hung up.  Wondering is this is a toll number trying to get call back to rack up fees.

Same here.  The only time I use my apple device for purchases is for iTunes. And that is password protected. That must be typed in for all purchases.

I got this call, and since I don't possess any Apple devices I'm thinking definitely a scam

I knew this was a scam after speaking with a REAL apple representative. I worry about people getting scammed by these scumbags. Called back this number and when they answered I blew a VERY load whistle into the phone. Made me feel a bit better.

Over the past 2 days, I received 6 or more messages at my home (land line) from an automated system about a problem with my Apple device and giving (844) 204-7355 as the number to call for "Apple Support".  Curious, I called and asked who they were.  A man with an East Indian accent responded: "Why?"  He then hung up.

I have received several messages from 800-204-2273 telling me to call 844-204-7355 as there is a problem with my Apple device. That's funny. I don't have an Apple device.

Scumbags called my 80 year old mother in law and scared her into believing this was legit. I'm going to call them back and eff with them cause I want to waste their time.

Same experience today as Mart had on the 6th.  Scammer!

I got the same call. Left 6 messages in the same day claiming ‘suspicious’ activity on my Apple devices. Definitely a scam. Nothing is wrong with any of our devices or Apple IDs

Hilarious.  Said my Apple devices were hacked.  I'm sure they would be if I called this number.  The call came in on 800-275-2273

Called twice, exact apple / press 1 robot female described, both calls from +18002752273 to call 844-204-7355.

Same comment as the all the above.  DPOKE YO AN APPLE rep yesterday. He said that APPLE SENDS EMAILS IF THERE IS A problem. They just called again.
