I have received several calls from a Jordan Prescott stating they represent a client who is filing a claim against us. So I returned the call yesterday, 02.12.19, to obtain all info. What I got was a nasty woman named Kimberly who would not let me get a word in at all; talked rudely over me; railed threats and insults; all the while I spoke calmly asking her to be amicable and talk.  I ended up telling her that I hoped she would be in that courtroom so I could say a word or three to the Judge about her and I ended the call. I have blocked them and reported them however, they are now calling on other numbers.  What a nasty way for someone to make money.  A legitimate bill collected would not speak this way through my experience.

I got a voicemail from this number 844-204-8370. A man was on the other end gave no name business or reason for the call. He just threatened me stating that I need to give him my personal information by calling back for legal paperwork to be sent to me. The reality is this, no legal business or government agency does business like this. They do not ask for your private information over the phone because they already have it on record if they are a real business or government agency. Also the government has to follow privacy laws to provent breaking these laws. Don't believe anyone who threatens you with the law, don't believe anyone who says you will be prosecuted over the phone or any other ways except at a government festivities physical place of business.

This guy calls me threatening me with a lawsuit and papers will be filed.  This is like the 3rd or 4th "company" to do this mess.  It is all a scam.  Block them, report them, etc., but know that they will find you again.  I begged the one company to send me "papers".  LOL  I told them my lawyer was begging for them so he could sue them back.  Some reason, I never heard back.  weird.  HAHA

I've had 2 phone calls from this number.  One was recorded, and said they were filing a claim against me, and this would serve as notice by phone.  They gave no information on who they were, and they said I could call them back for more information, or to give my information to them.  I've had a missed call since.  I've ignored both - sounded like a scam to me.

I received a voicemail from a man stating they had a claim against a person isn't me nor anyone I know.  The message was along the same message everyone else has stated.

On Wendesday February 13, 2019 I recieved a voicemail from (844) 204-8370 and a male stating his name was Jordan Prescott is looking for my ex wife saying a claim was filed against her and that they needed to verify employment.

Today, Friday February 15, 2019 I recieved another voicemail from the same guy only this time the number they called from was (844) 204-8371 and today he stated his name was Bradford Collins. Again, looking for my ex wife about a claim.

I called the number back and a woman answered. I asked what the name of the company was and she only said Colonial and that they were looking for my ex wife (she mentioned her by name) and I said there was nobody at this number by that name and she said she would remove me from the call list. Before I could get any more information she hung up on me.
