Illegal debt collector. This number belongs to a company identifying themselves at Kingston Management Group out of San Clemente, California. They called me attempting to collect on a debt that was discharged in a bankruptcy nearly a year ago. It took me multiple attempts to even get their name because the "litigation officer" kept hanging up on me.

They were using the standard scare tactic that the creditor had a pending lawsuit against me.  This is, of course, 100% illegal, on many levels... not to mention entirely untrue. They are not allowed to tell you they are going to sue unless they actually intend to, AND, this debt was discharged in a bankruptcy so they were court ordered to stop contacting me about such things anyway.

They are likely a fly by night junk debt collector buying old files using scare tactics to collect money.

got a call from the same company thought it was a scam. told them im not going to pay
got served a week later now im making payments on interest they did give me payments
in court but im paying back all the intrest my orginal amount was only $634.44 now im paying
on $2569.69 just a heads up

I'm guessing "Bill Hansen" is the guy from "Kingston Management Group." But nice try.

Just got off the phone with a "Mr. Schwaffer". His scare tactics are laughable. I told him to send documentation to my address. He hung up on me. Get a real job "Mr. Schwaffer".
